ClubHQTerms of Service

1. Using ClubHQ
You must be at least 18 to create a coach or parent account. Players aged 13–17 may use ClubHQ only through an invitation from their parent, guardian, or head coach. You're responsible for the information you add and for keeping your login secure.
2. Teams and content
Coaches and staff are responsible for their team's content and for inviting the right people. Be respectful: no harassment, hate, sexual content, or content that endangers minors. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules. Adults may not use ClubHQ to message minors privately.
3. Team payments
Team fees are paid to the team through Stripe. ClubHQ isn't a party to the agreement between a team and its families. Refunds are handled by the team. Families pay a service fee of 2.9% + $0.79 per checkout, shown before payment. Stripe's terms also apply to coaches who receive payouts.
4. Coach Pro subscriptions
Coach Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep ClubHQ available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ClubHQ is a coordination tool. It doesn't supervise activities, verify the people you invite, or replace your organization's safety policies. To the extent the law allows, ClubHQ is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
